Job descriptionI am currently recruiting a Teacher to work in an SEN schools near Wigston in Leicester. The specialisms that would ideally suit the post would be in Performing Arts & Enterprise, however other desirable skills would be held in work/life skills, community & environment and work related learning. The group of pupils are more able and ambulant and the school are looking for someone who can make sure they have a positive ending to their long and successful school career. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to gain further experience working with pupils with additional needs while working in a well supported environment.
For several years now, I have built up an excellent relationship with a number of schools across the region. I have placed many candidates in these schools, some of whom have had the opportunity to become a permanent staff at the schools.
As a Teacher at this school you would be treated as one of the team and they would expect the following:
*Be responsible for class behaviour
*Plan lessons as required
*Any marking to be completed
*Be able to build positive relationships
*Follow the policies of the school including behaviour
*Work collaboratively with other members of staff
