Aspire People are recruiting for a KS3 SEN Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in B90, starting April 2026. This role involves teaching Key Stage 3 pupils with complex needs, delivering a tailored and engaging curriculum to support their learning, communication, and personal development.
Key responsibilities:
Planning and delivering lessons for KS3 pupils with complex SEN
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Creating a structured, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the SEN team
Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress and adapting strategies to meet individual needs
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience teaching secondary-aged pupils with complex SEN
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
Be patient, flexible, and highly supportive
Be confident leading a class and working with a team of support staff
Be committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
Location: B90
