🌟 Teaching Assistant - Year 5/6 (1:1 & Group Interventions) 🌟Location: Stafford
Start: ASAP | Contract: Full-time, Ongoing

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across upper KS2, supporting one pupil closely in the mornings and leading small-group intervention work in the afternoons. Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 support for a Year 5/6 pupil each morning
Deliver structured group interventions for five pupils in the afternoons
Assist in creating personalised learning resources and scaffolds
Support teachers with monitoring, reporting and tracking pupil progress
Help maintain a calm, consistent and positive learning environment
Encourage pupil confidence, independence and positive behaviour
Communicate effectively with staff to ensure joined-up support
Contribute to creating a nurturing environment where every child can succeed
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Enhanced DBS (we can support with this)
Right to work in the UK
A caring, confident and adaptable approach to supporting Primary school pupils
