Are you looking for a role that challenges you?Can you work 1:1 with a child with Learning difficulties?
Aspire People are looking for a experienced KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 support to a child with Autism and ADHD. You must be level 3 qualified and have experience of working with students with Profound and Multiple Learning difficulties. Team Teach, manual handling and Makaton Training would be an advantage.
You will also be supporting the pupil outside of the classroom, during break and some of lunch. This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone to work in a long-term position and join a supportive team who are invested in your development.
This role is part time role (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) stating in January 2021 up until the end of the academics year with the potential to do from a temp to perm. The school is based in the City of Derby in Normanton De23 postcode and is 2 form entry , busy and fast past school.

Previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
