Aspire People is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly-regarded primary school in Kent, seeking an enthusiastic and skilled KS1 Teacher to join their dynamic team from September 2025.
This opportunity is ideal for both newly qualified and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
KS1 Teacher - the role:
* Plan and deliver inspiring, differentiated lessons in accordance with the KS1 curriculum
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
* Monitor and assess pupil progress to ensure continuous development
* Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute actively to the wider school community through clubs, events, and enrichment activities
KS1 Teacher - requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A thorough knowledge and understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
* A commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A reflective and proactive approach to continuous professional development
* Excellent teaching observation records
