KS1 TeacherLocation: Leicester
Start Date: Post-Easter
Pay: Dependent on Experience
Full-time: 5 days a week
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school from post-Easter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is looking to make a real impact on the early years of children's education.
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and providing tailored support to help all students achieve their potential. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with primary-aged children. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
Provide differentiated support to meet the diverse needs of children in your class.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure the school's values and objectives are met.
Promote the well-being, safety, and development of the children at all times.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience working with children, particularly in Key Stage 1.
A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching with a strong commitment to making learning fun and engaging.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with young children and supporting their academic and personal development.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Working Hours: The role is full-time, Monday to Friday.
