KS1 / KS2 Primary Teacher - PeterboroughLocation: Peterborough, PE1
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, and part-time
Rate: £130 - £150
Are you a fantastic Primary Teacher considering a break from education? Do you love teaching but feel tied down with planning, marking and more planning that it's taking the joy out of teaching? Want to get back to the reason why you became a teacher?
We are looking for fantastic teachers who want to support our local Primary schools with day-to-day and short-term contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and adaptable teacher who is looking for the variety of working in different school settings while still having the consistency of working within education.
This position is ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build classroom experience, or experienced teachers who would like to step away from the full pressures of a permanent role while continuing to do what they do best - teach.
You will be delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive classroom environments, and supporting pupils' learning across the primary age range.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality lessons across primary year groups
* Follow school planning or adapt lessons where required
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Support pupils' academic and personal development
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience teaching within a primary school setting
* Access to your own vehicle and ability to travel to local schools
* Strong classroom management skills
* A flexible and professional approach
