KS1 Teacher - The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons to Year 1 or Year 2 pupils
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported
* Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners and ensure all pupils make progress
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's development
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events
* Provide regular feedback and assess pupil performance in line with curriculum standards
KS1 Teacher - Person Specification
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS1 (including placements)
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early years development
* Passionate about helping children thrive academically and socially
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
