I am recruiting Teaching Assistants for KS1 at an excellent school in Erdington.
I have been working with this school for over a 10 year period and recruit for both day to day and long term teachers/Teaching Assistants. I have an excellent relationship with the school and they look for high quality of staff on supply. They regularly ask for teachers/teaching assistants to return they are happy with, this could potentially be the pathway into a permanent position.
The school has strong leadership and investment in their staff is something they are passionate about. Retainment of staff at the school is excellent, they have a strong team who are supportive of one another.
They are now looking for a Teaching assistants to join the team and work across Key Stage 1. They are looking for committed and hard working candidates who will go that extra mile to support the school and pupils. The positions will commence as soon as possible and may continue for the academic year.
Suitable candidates are required to have the following:
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification
- Relevant experience in Key Stage 1
- At least 6 months working in a primary school
- A patient and compassionate attitude
