Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Nurture a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering students' intellectual, emotional, and social development.
Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and assess students' work effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible educational experience for all students.
Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working in Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
Passionate about education and dedicated to promoting the holistic development of each child.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Strong organizational abilities, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
