Job description
Aspire People are seeking to appoint passionate and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants who are looking for day-to-day, long-term, or permanent roles to meet the high demand for our secondary schools in the new academic year. We need you to help close the gap in children's knowledge in your specialist subject.Having the pleasure to have worked with secondary schools for 3 years, you can be assured you will be welcomed to each booking, whether that is for day to day, long term or permanent roles. Since I have recruited for this area for the past few years, I'm confident you will be placed into a setting with other staff members that are like minded, welcoming and want to make a real difference!
We work with a wide variety of Secondary Schools in and around the Midlands area with regular teaching roles available throughout Birmingham / Solihull / Dudley / Sandwell / Walsall / Wolverhampton and Telford. You will have the flexibility to work when you want during term-time with both full and part-time work available.
You will play a key role in engaging and helping each pupil to achieve their potential combining your knowledge of learning and teaching strategies with your passion for making subjects understandable and exciting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Graduates, Early Career Teachers (NQT's) at the beginning of their teaching career journey as well as Recently Qualified Teachers (RQT's) and experienced Teachers who are looking to further their career. All pay scales are welcome to apply for this position. Your teaching qualifications and experience will help you take the schools to the next step and help them hit their targets of delivering outstanding results in your Department.
