Job description
Aspire People are currently looking for an Intervention/Behavioural Support Assistant to work in a 2 form entry school, 1-1 with a Y5 child.As an Intervention Assistant you will be responsible for delivering learning by using various techniques to engage the child and maintain focus. The child has a social and emotional needs and the ideal support assistant will need to gain the child's trust and form a strong relationship. This will be a rewarding role for the successful teaching assistant as the child has real potential and just needs the support of the right person.
