* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Proven experience teaching ICT at the secondary level, with a track record of fostering student achievement.
* Strong knowledge of ICT concepts, including programming, digital literacy, networking, and cybersecurity.
* Proficiency in using educational technologies and software applications relevant to ICT instruction.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
