Job description
Are you an outstanding Computer Science and ICT Teacher looking for a new challenge in Leicestershire for September?The school I am recruiting for are looking for a specialist who wants a new challenge and wants to be part of a strong department. The job is a full-time position, teaching KS3 and KS4 pupils. Having experience of teaching KS5 would be an advantage. The job starts in September and will become permanent for the successful candidate.
I have been working with this school for a long time and have an excellent relationship with them. I have placed many teachers into the school, and they all have very positive things to say about their time there with my most recent saying "The SLT team are really supportive. They have a clear vision with staff development and career progression." The school really look after their staff both permanent and temporary and they are well known for having the learning and development of their staff as a core value.
As a full time, Computer Science, and ICT teacher the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff, so the following is expected to;
«Teach Computer Science and ICT to KS3 & KS4 level. KS5 would be an advantage.
«Have a passion for Computer Science and ICT.
«Have the highest aspirations for the school's learners.
«Be creative, organised, and driven.
« Assess, mark and plan lessons.
« Assess achievements of pupils.
«Provide progress reports and attend parent's evenings & dept meetings.
