We are currently recruiting for a large, three-form entry primary school, rated GOOD by Ofsted, located in a vibrant and supportive community. This is your chance to become a key part of a collaborative team, delivering engaging learning and providing high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
👩🏫 What Does an HLTA Do?
✅ Deliver learning activities planned by the class teacher or plan your own under teacher guidance
✅ Provide whole-class, small group, or 1:1 support when required
✅ Step in to lead the class when the teacher is absent, keeping learning on track
✅ Offer tailored support to pupils with additional needs or EHCPs
✅ Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
✅ Assess pupil progress and contribute to planning and evaluations
✅ Support in developing resources and adapting lessons to individual learner needs
