About the Role:
Aspire People, an established education recruitment agency, is currently recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Cover Supervisor on behalf of a reputable primary school in Rushden. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering lessons in Years 3-6. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in teaching and excellent behaviour management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons to students in Years 3-6.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
Supporting students' learning and development.
Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of education.
Requirements:
Previous experience teaching lessons, preferably in a primary school setting.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Relevant qualifications and certifications for HLTA or equivalent experience.
