Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with solid classroom experience, looking for a new challenge this September? Aspire People are recruiting for full-time and part-time roles across a number of primary schools in Coventry, and we want to hear from dedicated, skilled support staff ready to make a difference.
We're looking for experienced HLTAs who can support and lead learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, with the confidence to step into the classroom when needed.
What You'll Need:
Recognised HLTA qualification and equivalent classroom experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in UK primary schools
Strong working knowledge of the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curriculum
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Two years of professional references
Willingness to complete a safeguarding course (support provided)
