Job description
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a HLTA to work at a school based in Rowley Regis, in Sandwell, this role is for an ASAP start working across KS1.The school I am recruiting for is seeking a HLTA who wants a new challenge and is available for an immediate start date. The school has high staff retention statistics and has a holistic approach to teaching and learning. Aspie people have been working closely with this school for a while and feedback is always positive, staff stating that the atmosphere is extremely warm and welcoming, and the team is very supportive. The core values of the school promote the wellbeing of its staff and collaborative teaching which encourages new ways of teaching, and a fresh perspective is always welcomed.
The school has average EAL and SEND needs for the geographic area.
To apply for this role, you will need to hold a level 4 qualification and have an understand of the current primary curriculum. This may suit and ECT looking to make a relationship with a local school.

As a full time, member of staff, the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff, so the following is expected.
*Interventions
*PPA cover within Year 1 and Year 2
*Assess, mark target groups
*Assess achievements of pupils.
*Attend parent's evenings & dept meetings.
The hours of work will be from 08.30 to 16.00 with Half an hour for lunch.
Payment options through PAYE and umbrella companies are available with a pay range from £85 to £110 per day depending on payment route and experience
