Rate: £110 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)

We're working with a dedicated SEN school in Luton seeking an experienced, confident HLTA to join their team in September 2025. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead learning, support pupils with a range of needs, and play a key role in the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
* HLTA qualification - essential
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (education or care settings)
* Strong behaviour management skills and an ability to adapt to a variety of SEN needs
* Confidence in delivering lessons and supporting teaching staff
* A proactive, positive, and flexible approach to working in a specialist environment
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting teaching and learning across the school, including leading lessons in the teacher's absence
* Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to deliver targeted interventions
* Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to meet individual learning needs
* Helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
* Contributing to planning, assessment, and classroom organisation
