Job description
Are you a qualified HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) based in Willenhall? Would you like to work with local primary schools?I am currently recruiting for exceptionally talented and experienced HLTAs to support classrooms within Willenhall! The primary schools have an undeniable desire and passion to deliver high results from both staff and students and they are looking for innovative HLTA's with good classroom management that can use their experience to deliver and support outstanding lessons that match the current national curriculum.
These primary schools set very high standards for every staff member and they will offer any support needed from either senior leadership or the talented Teaching Assistants that will be in the classroom supporting you. As a collective, these primary schools achieve fantastic results whilst offering a friendly and welcoming culture for all members of staff.
You will need to have completed your HLTA qualification, have proven experience within a primary school classroom and most importantly, a desire to delivery and achieve fantastic results each day! Your HLTA qualification and experience will help you take the schools to the next step and help them hit their targets of delivering outstanding results.
