What We're Looking For:
HLTA qualification or equivalent
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
Strong classroom management and the ability to provide focused support to individuals and small groups
Excellent communication skills, both with students and staff
Passion for making a difference in children's education and development
Flexibility and a positive, proactive attitude
What You'll Be Doing:
