Job description
Aspire People are searching for an experienced HLTA to work at a one form entry primary school in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. You will be working in Key Stages 1 providing intervention support to low ability children.You will be required to lead small groups of pupils and be confident teaching across all subjects. It is essential that you have previous experience differentiating work to suit all ability levels as this role will involve working with both lower ability groups as well as gifted and talented pupils.
The role is to start as soon as possible on a maternity cover up until December 2021 with the potential to turn into a permanent position for the right person.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
-HLTA qualification
-The ability to develop positive relationships with staff and students alike
-Strong behaviour management skills
