Job description
Aspire People are supporting a large, inclusive primary school in M40 who are seeking a flexible and proactive HLTA to work across multiple year groups.This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced teaching staff.
The Role
Deliver pre-set lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Provide targeted intervention support
Support pupils with SEND where required
Assist with planning and assessment
Help maintain consistency and high standards across classrooms
What We're Looking For
HLTA status or strong equivalent experience
Recent primary school experience (last 2 years, UK-based)
Confidence managing a classroom independently
Strong organisational and communication skills
