Head of Inclusion / Deputy SENCo - requirements
* You will have substantial experience of working with children and young people, particularly vulnerable children and those with SEND.
* Have proven leadership skills in order to raise standards of achievement
* Degree Level Qualification / Qualified Teacher Status (QTS not essential)
* Excellent understand of the SEN code of practice
* Able to work proactively to support parents and carers and the wider school community.
