About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate graduates to join us as Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) in schools across Leicestershire and Loughborough.
As a SEN TA, you'll support children with a variety of needs, fostering their emotional, physical, and academic growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide tailored one-to-one or group support to students with SEN.
✔️ Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and comfort.
✔️ Implement and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

✔️ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support student success.
✔️ Monitor and document student achievements, contributing to their progress.
