Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants - Bolton | Full-Time, Long-Term RolesAspire People are currently working with a secondary school in Bolton that supports students with complex SEN and physical needs, and we are looking to recruit dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a rewarding and supportive school environment.
About the Role:
* Full-time, long-term positions available
* Supporting students with complex needs, SEN, and physical disabilities
* Working in small classes to provide tailored support
* Assisting students with accessing their education and promoting an inclusive learning environment
* Personal care is required as part of the role
Who We're Looking For:
* Graduates with a UK Bachelor's degree in:
o Health & Social Care
o Psychology
o Special Educational Needs / Education-related fields
* Experience in support work or residential care is essential
* Experience working with children or adults with additional needs (placement or employment)
* Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
* Able to provide references covering the last 2 years
