At Aspire People, we are recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful classroom experience while working alongside experienced teachers and support staff.

The Role:
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assist teachers during lessons and classroom activities
* Help deliver catch-up and intervention sessions
* Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
* Supervise pupils during breaks and transitions
* Gain first-hand experience of school life and safeguarding practices
You may work with pupils who need additional support, including those with SEND, SEMH, or learning gaps.
Preferred Courses / Skills:
Applicants with experience in or studying the following subjects are especially encouraged to apply:
* English / Literacy - supporting reading and writing activities
* Mathematics / Numeracy - helping students with numeracy skills
* Arts / Creative Studies - music, drama, visual arts, or design projects
* Psychology / Child Development / Child Studies - understanding students' needs and behaviour
* Health / Physical Education - helping with physical activities and well-being
