Graduate Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools (Manchester Area)Location: Multiple Schools Across Manchester
Contract Type: Day-to-Day Cover, Flexible & Short-Term Roles Available

Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Cover Supervisors, providing day-to-day cover in the absence of regular teachers across various secondary schools in and around Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, following pre-set lesson plans
* Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour
* Support students with their learning and keep them on task
* Adapt to different subjects and year groups as needed
Requirements:
* A UK degree related to subjects taught within the secondary school curriculum (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities)
* Strong communication skills and confidence in leading a classroom
* A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to engage and motivate students
* An interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
