About the Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
* Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
* Follow and implement the school's behaviour policy
* Work across different secondary schools, giving you broad experience
* Be provided with a timetable and clear expectations for each placement
You'll be supported with training from Aspire People, including behaviour management strategies, giving you the tools and confidence needed to succeed in the classroom.

Requirements
* A UK Bachelor's degree related to the secondary curriculum
* A genuine interest in education and working with young people
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to pay for a one)
* Two professional references covering the last 2 years
* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
