Teachers of GeographyFull and part time roles available
January 2021
Tamworth
I am recruiting for qualified Geography teachers on a supply basis for both day to day cover and longer term for my schools in the Tamworth area. There are full and part time roles available for January 2021 with the potential for permanent opportunities in the new academic year 2020-2021.
I have been working with my schools in Tamworth for the past seven years and during this time I have helped and assisted them with many of their recruitment needs. I work very closely with Heads, Deputy Heads, Business Managers etc so I am very aware of the schools individual set up and their requirements. I have had many teachers take up roles on a temporary basis who have then gone on to be offered permanent positions. There are both full and part time roles available.
You must be able to teach up to GCSE Geography to apply.
As a Geography teacher you will;
* Teach Geography to KS3 & KS4 level. Knowledge of A-Level would be beneficial.
* Assess, mark and plan lessons
* Assess achievements of pupils
* Provide progress reports and attend parents evenings
The ideal candidates will have the following skills & experience
* Qualified teacher Status
* Experience working with children
* Dedication to their job
* A passion for teaching
