The Role
Position: Geography Teacher (KS3-KS4)
Start: ASAP (from 2 February 2026)
Duration: Until at least Easter half term (27 March 2026)
Potential: Temp-to-perm for the right person
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:15am - end of the school day
Teaching: Full teaching responsibilities (planning, marking, assessment)

This role is for a teacher who:
Has QTS (non-negotiable)
Brings strong behaviour management and calm authority
Is engaging, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
Can build relationships without lowering standards
Is confident delivering Geography in a mainstream secondary setting
Has experience with SEN or SEMH learners (advantageous, not essential)
Is happy taking full ownership of planning and marking
