I am delighted to be assisting this Catholic Secondary School in Banbury to appoint a Teacher of Science. I have been working with this school for the past 5 years and during this time have built up an excellent relationship with them. I have helped them recruit for many positions over the years and every teacher, Cover Supervisor, Learning Support etc I have placed there have nothing but positive feedback. Whether it is for day to day cover or longer term and perm roles all staff are treated equally and the school has a fabulous ethos and philosophy in regard to their teaching methods.
I am looking for a Science teacher who is seeking a new and exciting challenge, someone who wants to be part of a strong but friendly department and make a difference. The role is a full time position teaching KS3 & KS4 pupils, the ability to teacher KS5 would be beneficial but is not an essential requirement. The job will commence asap for the right candidate and will be ongoing. The school always ask for good teachers to return so this could be an opportunity for more regular work in the future. NQT's are welcome to apply as are experienced teachers but you must hold QTS.
As a full time Science teacher I would ask that you go in and make your own mark in the classroom, offer something different, offer pupils that motivation and encouragement and have a passion for the subject yourself.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school where pupils want to learn and thrive and teachers can impart their teaching knowledge and skills in most positive atmosphere.
