About the Role:
As a Fully Qualified Teacher at one of our secondary or SEN schools, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that support students' academic and personal development. You'll be working within supportive and dynamic school environments, ensuring that all students, regardless of their needs, are given the best opportunity to succeed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that are tailored to the needs of your students
* Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development
* Differentiating lessons to cater to a range of abilities and learning styles
* Supporting students with additional learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an inclusive environment
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to student learning
* Keeping up to date with subject knowledge, teaching strategies, and school policies
About You:
We are looking for Fully Qualified Teachers who possess:
* A valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience in teaching secondary students, ideally in a mainstream or SEN setting
* A passion for education and a commitment to helping all students succeed
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
* A subject specialism or specific SEN experience would be an advantage, but not essential
