Aspire People is on the hunt for enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to fill several full-time roles across schools in Lutterworth. If you have a passion for supporting children and previous experience working with them, we want to hear from you! You'll be supporting children's learning, helping them thrive, and making a real impact every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting the class teacher with daily lesson delivery and classroom activities.
Offering one-to-one and small group support to children who may need extra help.
Encouraging students to engage in classroom activities and boosting their confidence.
Providing support with behavioural management, ensuring a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Helping children with personal and social development, as well as academic learning.
Reporting on students' progress and providing feedback to the teacher.
What We Need From You:
Previous experience working with children is essential (sorry, we can't consider those without experience).
A genuine passion for supporting children in their learning journey.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to keep children engaged and motivated.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to full-time hours from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM each day.
