Job description
Are you a qualified teacher of Food Technology looking for a full-time contract starting from September?I am currently recruiting for a secondary trained Food Technology Teacher, who can plan and deliver theory and practical lessons to KS3 and KS4 within a strong and supportive department. The role will be full time delivering to mixed ability groups.
Position: Food Technology Teacher
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Full time
Assignment: Long term - temporary to permanent opportunities available for the right candidate
Pay: £130-£200 per day
Responsibilities: Planning and marking required
You will be required to:
* Plan and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students.
* Teach across Key Stages, ensuring lessons are tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods to inspire and engage students.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' progress.
* Collaborate with the department and contribute to extracurricular activities.

* Be qualified to PGCE/QTS/QTLS Level or hold equivalent qualifications that allow you to be placed in schools in the position requested.
* Have a passion for working and supporting children's learning.
* Strong communication skills that can be demonstrated by an ability to build relationships with other professionals.
