I have worked in recruitment since 2020, starting as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. I then moved into education recruitment in 2021 and have now joined Aspire!
What do you do at Aspire People?
I am a Senior Candidate Recruiter, working 1-1 with the Executive Consultant for the Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire area.
What do you get a kick out of in your role?
I love being in a fast-paced role where new jobs are flying in everyday as I love matching new candidates to our roles and being a part of their journey. It’s great to contribute to our candidate’s experience in education, whether they are just starting out or progressing their career further!
