I have been working with this school for over 10 years and have an excellent relationship with them. I have placed many teachers into the school and they all have very positive things to say about their time there. The school really look after their staff both permanent and temporary.
I live very locally to the school and they have recently been given an 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. The school has an excellent reputation in the area.
I am looking for an Food Tech teacher who wants a new challenge and wants to be part of a strong department. The job is a full time position, teaching KS3 and KS4 pupil, planning and marking will be required. The job starts in September 2021 and could be permanent for the right person.
As a full time Food Tech teacher I expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so I expect the following;
* Teach Food Tech to KS3 & KS4 level. Knowledge of GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition would be beneficial.
* Assess, mark and plan lessons .
* Assess achievements of pupils.
* Provide progress reports and attend parents evenings & dept meetings.
