Are you and experienced Food Technology Technician currently looking for a new role in Birmingham?Aspire People are looking for an experienced individual who possesses effective communication skills and can support the delivery of practical lessons in Food Technology and within schools in Birmingham. The role is to start in September and is on a permanent basis.
We are looking for an experienced individual who possesses effective communication skills and can support the delivery of practical lessons in Food Technology.
You will be required to:
*Support the food technology department in setting up equipment and practical lessons
*Prepare food and Ingredients
*Stock take and order in ingredients
*Washing up and cleaning of the kitchens and equipment ensuring the environment is clean and
safe to use
*Using initiative
*Support pupils during practical lesson
We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious team player to join the Food Technology team and support teaching across the department. The successful candidate will set up practical classroom teaching, work with individual students and small groups, and prepare and maintain workshops.
This post would particularly suit someone who has recent experience of working in a similar role, expertise food preparation and qualifications in food hygiene is ideal.
