The Role
* Long-term and short-term positions available within FE colleges and post-16 settings
* Opportunities across colleges in Cardiff and surrounding areas
* Competitive rate of pay - £16.11 per hour
* Provide 1:1, small group and in-class support to learners
* Support students across vocational and academic courses
* Assist lecturers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Promote positive behaviour and a focused learning environment
* Support learners' academic progress, confidence and independence

Requirements:
* Experience working with young people or adults (FE or post-16 experience desirable)
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required
