Job Title: Full-Time Teaching AssistantLocation: Brewood
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday to Friday

This school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team, focusing on Year 7 and Year 8 pupils. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing targeted support through small group interventions.
Responsibilities:
* Small Group Support: Work closely with Year 7 and Year 8 pupils in small groups to provide tailored support, ensuring a personalized learning experience.
* Interventions: Implement and assist in the delivery of targeted interventions to address the specific needs of lower-ability students.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement strategies that support student learning and engagement.
* Individualized Learning Plans: Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support.
* Classroom Assistance: Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons, offering additional support during class activities.
* Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to progress reports.
