Teaching Assistant - Early Years & KS1Location: Rugby | Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available
Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with Early Years and Key Stage 1 pupils in Rugby.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning within a nurturing and supportive environment.
The Role
Supporting teaching and learning across Early Years and KS1
Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy development
Helping to create engaging and inclusive classroom activities
Supporting children's social and emotional development
Contributing to a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with Early Years or KS1 pupils
A strong understanding of child development and early learning goals
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable
