About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of young children? Do you want to be part of a dynamic, inspiring team in an environment where learning is exciting, creative, and fun? This is your chance to join a fantastic school in Coventry as a EYFS Teaching Assistant and embark on an incredibly rewarding career helping children take their first steps into the world of learning.
This is more than just a job - it's an amazing opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team, where every day brings something new, exciting, and full of potential. You'll have the chance to inspire young minds, create magical moments of learning, and be a part of something truly special.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working alongside talented teachers: You'll support in planning and delivering vibrant, engaging EYFS lessons that are designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Making learning fun: Help children explore the world through play, hands-on activities, and exciting projects - because learning should be joyful!
Supporting individual and group learning: You'll provide personalized support to children, helping them build their confidence and achieve their full potential.
Celebrating milestones: Track progress, celebrate every achievement (big or small), and share feedback that supports children's continued growth and success.
Contributing to a thriving environment: Play a key role in creating a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment where children can be themselves and flourish.
Building strong relationships: Work closely with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive, supportive learning community where everyone feels valued and involved.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for young children: If you love working with kids and want to make a real difference, this is the perfect role for you.
Enthusiasm and energy: You'll need a positive, energetic attitude and a can-do spirit - every day is a new adventure!
A strong understanding of EYFS: Or a desire to quickly get up to speed with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework to help guide and inspire your learners.
Communication skills: You'll be engaging with children, parents, and your team - building strong relationships and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Flexibility and creativity: No two days are ever the same, so being adaptable and thinking on your feet is essential.
Qualifications: An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent) would be great, but a passion for the role and willingness to learn is just as important.
Why This is an Amazing Opportunity:
Make a real difference: You'll be part of a school that truly values its staff and the positive impact they have on children's lives. The work you do will be rewarding, fulfilling, and appreciated.
A supportive, collaborative team: You'll work with a close-knit team of talented professionals who are passionate about making learning an incredible experience for every child.
Ongoing professional development: We're committed to helping you grow. With access to fantastic training opportunities, you'll have the chance to develop your career in education.
A dynamic, creative environment: From arts and crafts to outdoor learning, you'll have the chance to bring your creative ideas to life and make every day exciting for the children.
Competitive salary & benefits: Along with a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a great range of benefits that make this role even more rewarding.
