Job description
Aspire People are currently on the lookout for an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a School based in Swadlincote. This is a full time / long term position starting in the New Year on a one year contract with the scope to turn into a permanent position.I am seeking a strong and energetic EYFS TA with experience and a keen interest in working with children that need help to catch up.
Suitable Candidate will have:
- Behavioural Management Skills
-Experience working in EYFS
-Enhanced DBS
- 2 previous relevant references
The school are looking for a caring and nurturing TA to come in and offer support within the classroom, so experience within a similar setting is desirable for this post. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of, or experience with SEN but not essential as the school is looking for the right personality fit and good work ethic.
You will need to be committed and looking for a stable, long-term post. You will also need to have a calm and patient manner and have a passion for working to help encourage students to achieve the best of their ability.
