NEW TEACHING ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITIESAre you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in their early educational journey? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team in Rugby, Warwickshire, starting immediately through to July.

WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE
* Supporting Learning Activities: Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities, ensuring that all children are supported to participate and develop their skills.
* Individual and Small Group Support: Work closely with individual children or small groups, providing extra support for those who may need additional help to reach their full potential.
* Preparing Resources: Set up and prepare teaching materials and classroom resources to support the delivery of lessons, ensuring they are suitable for the age group and relevant to the curriculum.

* An enhanced DBS on the update service
* Safeguarding training
* 2 references covering the last 2 years of employment
* EYFS Qualification
* 2 years UK teaching Assistant experience
