Job description
Aspire People are working closely with a small, welcoming primary school in North Manchester that is deeply rooted in its local community. Early years is at the heart of this school, with a strong focus on nurturing confident, curious learners from the very start.The EYFS team is supportive, well-resourced, and values creativity just as much as structure. This is a school where staff are trusted to teach in a way that works for their children.
The Role
The school is looking for an EYFS Teacher who understands that strong relationships and consistency are key at this stage. You'll be supported by an experienced team and have the freedom to deliver engaging, child-centred learning.
What you'll be doing:
* Planning and delivering meaningful EYFS learning experiences
* Creating a calm, nurturing classroom environment
* Observing, assessing, and supporting individual development
* Working closely with support staff and families
What the School Is Looking For
* QTS with recent EYFS experience
* A warm, patient teaching style
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Someone who values teamwork and communication
