Job description
Aspire People is working with a nurturing, community-focused primary school in Manchester (M40) who are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to take on a Reception class.The school has an excellent EYFS provision with strong indoor and outdoor learning environments, experienced support staff, and a clear focus on early language, communication, and personal development.
The Role:
Teaching a Reception class within a well-resourced EYFS setting
Planning play-based, child-led learning opportunities
Supporting pupils' early phonics, number, and social development
Working closely with EYFS Teaching Assistants
Observing, assessing, and tracking progress using EYFS frameworks
Building strong relationships with families
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in EYFS or Reception
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
A warm, patient, and creative teaching style
Passionate about early years development
