Are you an experienced EYFS Practitioner ready to take the next step in your teaching career?
A nurturing and forward-thinking primary school in Bromley is seeking a driven EYFS Teacher to join their Reception team in September 2025 - with scope for leadership responsibility for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition into a Phase Leader or EYFS Coordinator role.
EYFS Teacher - about the school:

EYFS Teacher - key responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching in line with the EYFS Framework
* Play a key role in shaping the learning environment and EYFS curriculum
* Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to deliver inclusive and impactful learning experiences
* Engage parents and carers in children's learning and development
* Potential to lead the EYFS phase, contribute to strategic planning, and support staff across the setting
EYFS Teacher - requirements:
* UK QTS with substantial experience in an EYFS setting
* A confident practitioner with excellent knowledge of early childhood education
* Demonstrates leadership qualities and a drive to support school-wide improvement
* Skilled in data tracking, curriculum planning, and early intervention strategies
* Values teamwork, child-centred learning, and strong relationships with families and staff
* Previous experience mentoring, leading a team or supporting school initiatives is desirable
