The Role:
Aspire People is seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to join the team ASAP for a long-term role. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring they make progress in all areas of learning. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, fun, and creative lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Assess, monitor, and track children's progress, providing feedback to parents and the school leadership team.
Create a positive, nurturing learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, and academic development.
Support children in their individual learning needs, encouraging curiosity and exploration.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure a holistic approach to learning and development.
Contribute to the planning and development of activities, ensuring they are accessible and inclusive for all learners.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the developmental stages of young children.
Passion for early years education and making a positive impact on children's learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive, proactive attitude with a flexible approach to teaching.
