Job description
Aspire People is delighted to be working with a nurturing and well-led primary school in Manchester who are seeking a Reception Class Teacher.This school places a strong emphasis on early language, routine, and emotional development, and offers a warm, supportive environment for both pupils and staff.
The Role
Full class responsibility in Reception
Delivering high-quality, play-based EYFS provision
Supporting children's early phonics, communication, and social development
Working closely with experienced EYFS Teaching Assistants
Observing, assessing, and tracking progress in line with the EYFS framework
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS with EYFS experience (ECTs encouraged)
Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Is creative, patient, and nurturing
Values structure, routine, and consistency
Works well as part of a close-knit team
