Exciting Opportunity: EYFS SEN Teacher - Solihull5 Days per Week
January 2026
Are you a dedicated EYFS Teacher with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced EYFS SEN Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Solihull, starting January 2026.
About the Role:
In this full-time role, you'll provide tailored support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage who have SEN needs. You'll create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of staff to create and deliver engaging activities, helping children build key skills and reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to support EYFS children with SEN
Develop and implement individualised learning plans (ILPs) to meet the unique needs of each child
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported
Collaborate with parents, SENCO, and external agencies to provide the best outcomes for children
Track and assess progress to ensure children are supported in their development
Support children's emotional and social well-being alongside their academic progress
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching EYFS, with a strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
A passion for early years education and supporting children with additional needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching
A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
